Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, all tracking information will be emailed to you. Any questions after this point regarding tracking information will need to be asked by directly contacting USPS.com.

Domestic: USPS First Class Mail: 2-10 business days after shipping date. USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days after ship date. 

All tracking information will be available 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately with your order number FlyVerseOfficial@Gmail.com. 

We will be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed (minus convenience fee).  

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us through the contact link or feel free to send an email.

All Sales are FINAL! Please ensure that you use the correct address. We will not be able to refund lost items due to wrong addres

     - All bonnets are made with a satin interior.

     - Fur bonnets are made with a satin interior and a mink exterior.

     - Hand-washing would be preffered, but they can be machine-washed using the delicate cycle and air drying! 

      - Business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 7pm. emails may be answered outside of business hours at our discretion. 

      - Because each bonnet is handmade, we ask our customers to please allow 7-14 business days for processing prior to shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update with information via tracking for USPS. 

     - Restocks on bonnets are held every other week!
